Warranty applies only to electronic or functional devices that can fail due to manufacturing defects. Consumables and passive accessories are not covered by warranty, as they cannot fail due to manufacturing issues.

Our warranty covers internal malfunctions, defects in materials, or issues that prevent the device from operating as intended. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, improper handling, water exposure beyond the product’s intended use, or modifications.

If your device arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a free replacement under our standard return policy. To request assistance, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
